ola62 Platform Rules

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "ola62" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to ola62, an internationally licensed online gaming platform accessible at https://ola62.ws, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and Progressive Web App interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ola62 platform in any capacity, whether or not a wager is placed.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player on the ola62 platform, through which all gaming activity, deposits, withdrawals, and communications are conducted.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or outcome available on the ola62 platform, including casino games, slot titles, and sports betting markets.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any non-cash credit, free spins, or promotional reward granted to a Player by ola62, subject to the wagering requirements and conditions set out in Clause 6.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) deposited by a Player into their ola62 Account using any of the supported payment methods.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by ola62 before a Player may make a withdrawal or access certain platform features.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the ola62 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable international law or ola62's internal compliance policy.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all gaming products, financial transaction facilities, customer support channels, promotional programmes, and any other features made available to Players through the ola62 platform.

To register and maintain an active Account on ola62, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ola62 does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
2. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of ola62, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purpose of placing real-money wagers.
4. You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Clause 1.
5. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ola62 or any other gaming operator, that remains in effect at the time of your registration attempt.
6. You must not have had a previous ola62 Account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable policy.

ola62 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by ola62's compliance team may result in Account suspension pending verification. ola62's determination of eligibility is final.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all mandatory fields, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and the mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ola62 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ola62 support immediately via live chat.

ola62 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. ola62 also reserves the right to close any Account that is found, at any time, to have been registered in breach of these Terms, including Accounts registered with false or misleading information.

As part of our commitment to platform integrity and Player security, ola62 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed and, in certain circumstances, before accessing the full range of platform features.

KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents, which must be valid, legible, and unaltered:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A document confirming your Indonesian residential address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement issued by BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri, or an official government correspondence.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your own name. Screenshots or statements from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja e-wallets may be requested where applicable.

ola62 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where the compliance team determines that further verification is necessary. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending successful completion of KYC. ola62 aims to review all submitted KYC documents within 48 hours (Western Indonesia Time, WIB) of receipt. Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address.

All financial transactions on the ola62 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ola62 does not impose currency conversion fees; the amount deposited or withdrawn is the exact IDR amount processed, subject to any minimum or maximum thresholds described below.

5.1 Deposits. Deposits may be made via the following supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ola62 does not accept deposits from payment instruments registered in a name other than your own. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has completed KYC verification as set out in Clause 4. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB on any calendar day are processed within the same business day in the vast majority of cases; requests submitted after this time are processed on the following business day. ola62 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and up to 3 business hours for bank transfer channels (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) under normal operating conditions.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used for at least one prior deposit on your Account, and only to a method registered in your own name. Where Bonus Funds form part of your Account balance, any applicable wagering requirements must be completed before the relevant Bonus Funds — or any Real Money Funds acquired through wagering of Bonus Funds — can be withdrawn. ola62 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in processing delays of up to 5 business days.

5.4 Failed Transactions. If a deposit or withdrawal fails due to circumstances outside ola62's control — including but not limited to bank system downtime, e-wallet provider maintenance, or network disruptions — ola62 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. Players should contact live chat support with their transaction reference number for expedited assistance.

ola62 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting fixtures including BRI Liga 1 and the AFF Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Players once only per household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from free spins carry a wagering requirement, which will be stated clearly on the relevant offer page. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless specified otherwise.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly; only Real Money Funds resulting from the completion of all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the specific offer. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• ola62 reserves the right to determine which game categories contribute to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino table games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or zero.
• ola62 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, where it determines that the offer is being misused, abused, or exploited.
• Where ola62 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has opened multiple Accounts or colluded with other Players for the purpose of manipulating promotional outcomes, ola62 reserves the right to void all related wagers and cancel all associated Bonus Funds without liability.

All games available on the ola62 platform — including slot titles from studios such as Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe; live casino products from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and SA Gaming; and all sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules published within each individual game interface or event listing. In the event of any conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the in-game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game or event.

7.1 Random Number Generators. All non-live casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) provided and maintained by the respective game studio. ola62 does not modify or influence RNG outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as published by the relevant studio and are available within each game's information panel.

7.2 Live Casino. Live casino games are streamed in real time from regulated studios. The outcome of each live game is determined by physical dealing, spinning, or drawing actions performed by the live dealer and are not subject to manipulation by ola62 or any Player.

7.3 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets are subject to the specific event rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition. ola62 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet where the relevant event is abandoned, postponed, or where irregularities in the relevant market are identified. Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed; the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.

7.4 Disconnections. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, ola62's server logs will determine the outcome of any affected wager. Where a wager was placed and accepted prior to the disconnection, the result recorded on ola62's server is final. ola62 will not accept liability for losses resulting from Player-side connectivity failures.

7.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction, or obvious mistake in the display of odds, game outcomes, or Account balances, ola62 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore affected Accounts to their pre-error state. Winnings paid as a result of an error are not valid and will be reversed upon discovery.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ola62 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the ola62 platform, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during the Account lifecycle.
• Accessing the ola62 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place wagers, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other Players for the purpose of manipulating game or event outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are not valid and will be forfeited.
• Conducting any transaction on the ola62 platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the ola62 platform, including denial-of-service attacks or unauthorised access attempts.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf, including through the sharing of login credentials.

ola62 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. We strongly encourage all Players to treat online gaming as a form of entertainment and to wager only with funds they can comfortably afford to lose. The following tools are available to all registered Players through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated on-screen reminders to alert them when they have been actively gaming for a specified period.
• Temporary Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used to place wagers or access the casino lobby.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gaming has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting ola62 support via live chat. A self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months and cannot be reversed at the Player's request during that period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ola62 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of ola62.

Any unauthorised use of ola62's intellectual property — including screen-scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of content — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ola62 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from Player decisions, including wagering choices and bonus election decisions.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from Player-side technical failures, including device malfunctions, network disconnections, or browser incompatibility.
• Losses resulting from the actions of third parties, including payment service providers, game studios, and internet service providers.
• Any indirect economic loss, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, whether or not ola62 was advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ola62's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. ola62's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ola62 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on ola62, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ola62 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the ola62 platform. Account credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing protocols. ola62 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

ola62 may be required to disclose Player data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to prevent or investigate fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ola62 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ola62 relating to your Account, any wager, or any aspect of the platform, you are encouraged to contact ola62's customer support team in the first instance via live chat (available 24/7). ola62 commits to responding to all formal disputes within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with ola62's support team, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body specified in ola62's licensing terms. You agree that any such arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.

Nothing in this clause prevents ola62 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, platform integrity, or confidential information.

ola62 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ola62 will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, notifying affected Players via their registered email address or a platform notification.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ola62 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact ola62 support to arrange the withdrawal of any funds held in your Account.

ola62 recommends that Players review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions and applies to all Account activity from the effective date stated herein.
